The fine print

• Earn 3 points for every $1 spent on products — the same rate at every level. Points are added once your order is complete and unlock 30 days later.
• 100 points = $1 to spend with us.
• Redeem at checkout — any amount you like, up to 20% of the eligible items in your order. Items inside Bundle & Save kits still earn points, but do not count towards the redeemable amount.
• One rewards discount per order.
• Points can be redeemed on sale items, but not on clearance or factory-seconds items. During some promotional periods — major sales such as Black Friday, for example — points redemption may be paused or limited. Where that applies, we will say so in the terms of that sale.
• Member perks: Sprout and Bloom members can spend points on free engraving — 500 and 300 points per engraved item. One credit covers one item, so a quantity of two costs two credits. Unused credits expire after 14 days and their points are returned automatically.
• Bloom members receive a surprise gift in every order.
• Rewards apply as a discount at checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points stay with your account and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Points expire after 6 months of no activity on your account — any order or points redemption keeps them alive, and we will email a heads-up 30 days before anything lapses.
• If you checked out as a guest, your points are held against your email address for 6 months — create an account with that address to claim them.
• We may update or wind down the rewards program with reasonable notice. Any points you have already earned can be used before a change takes effect.
