Direct accounts order through a private Kaally portal. Wholesale pricing and live availability stay account-only; the trading basics are published here.

Opening minimum$250 ex GST in goods, before freight — mix any products and colours to reach it. The same minimum applies to your opening order and to every reorder.
DeliveryFlat $25 ex GST anywhere in Australia, and free on orders of $400 ex GST or more in goods. Direct accounts are Australia-only at this stage; New Zealand retailers can order through Faire.
DispatchWithin 1–3 business days of cleared payment, from our Brisbane warehouse, tracked.
PaymentCard or bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice. Bank transfer earns a 2% settlement discount on goods (freight is not discounted). Your pro-forma holds the stock for seven days. Faire-managed payment and any terms on your Faire account stay available there.
How direct ordering worksApproved stockists see live availability, delivery cost and exact card / bank-transfer totals before placing an order.
RangeThe direct portal carries our core glass bottle and mealtime range. Ask about anything else in the Kaally or KaaKaaBaby range — we add lines for stockists who want them.
