At Kaally, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Below are our policies regarding returns, refunds, and our 30-Day Drop Guarantee.
Refunds
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@kaally.com.au within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Be sure to include:
A detailed description of the fault
Clear photo evidence of the issue
📦 Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If you’ve changed your mind and the product is still unopened, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. A small restocking fee will apply.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email hello@kaally.com.au for instructions.
30-Day Drop Guarantee
🛡️ Valid for orders placed until 1st February 2025
We’re trialling a 30-Day Drop Guarantee to give you peace of mind. If the glass component of your KaakaaBaby Cup breaks within 30 days while properly used (inside the silicone sleeve with the cap screwed on), we’ll replace it for free.
What’s included:
1x Replacement glass cup (only the glass component)
What’s not included:
Other parts of the cup
Replacement beyond the first break
Shipping Cost: A $10 flat-rate shipping fee applies for the replacement.
