At Kaally, we know how important it is to get your orders to you quickly, safely, and affordably. We use Australia Post and Sendle to offer simple flat rate options for both our Australian and New Zealand families.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer tracked shipping on all orders:

  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $149
  • Express Shipping: $15 flat rate
  • Discounted Express Shipping for $5 on orders over $149

All orders are dispatched from our Brisbane base and come with tracking details once shipped. Express shipping is the fastest option for those who need their goodies a little quicker!

Shipping to New Zealand

We’re delighted to offer shipping to our neighbours:

  • Standard Shipping: $15 flat rate
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $249
  • Express Shipping: $30 flat rate
  • Discounted Express Shipping for $15 on orders over $249

Shipping times may vary depending on location and customs, but all parcels include tracking.

Processing & Dispatch

We aim to pack and ship your order within 1–3 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. In peak or sale periods, orders may take up to a week to dispatch. For orders with engravings selected, please allow up to 10 working days for customisation.
