Factory second: brand new, never used. These units have minor scratches or small surface imperfections from manufacturing, which is why they are priced lower. They work exactly like our standard Bento 4+, and the photos show the standard product. Cosmetic marks are not covered. Functional parts carry our 3-month limited warranty from delivery, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Everything else, including materials, sizing and care, is exactly as described below.

The Kaally Bento 4+ is a 304-grade stainless steel lunchbox for bigger kids and bigger appetites — four compartments, just over a litre of space, and none of the plastic where it counts. The LFGB-certified silicone seal keeps every compartment leak-proof for everyday lunch foods — think yoghurt, dips and cut fruit — and pops off for a proper clean. It’s not designed to hold water or other pourable liquids. You also choose the closure that suits your child — an easy-open plastic clip for little hands, or a secure full-metal clip for bigger kids and busy schoolbags.

Most kids lunchboxes that promise leak-proof compartments manage it with plastic — plastic walls, plastic dividers, plastic lids. This stainless steel bento box does it with 304 (18/8) steel and an LFGB-certified silicone seal, so nothing your child’s food touches is plastic. The four compartments hold a proper school lunch: a 375mL main plus 287mL, 259mL and 138mL sides — 1059mL all up (over a litre), with every compartment sealed from its neighbours so yoghurt stays out of the crackers.

The closure matters more than it looks — so we give you two. The easy-open plastic clip has a colour-matched silicone grip most kids from about three can work on their own; the full-metal clip is firmer and more secure — great for bigger kids and busy schoolbags. And because the seal pops out and everything is dishwasher safe (top rack), there are no corners for yesterday’s lunch to hide in.
